At LegitPrep, we strive to maintain the highest quality of study materials.
STRICT NO RETURN POLICY
Under standard conditions, we maintain a strict NO RETURN policy for all products. Digital products (PDFs, Videos, Mock Tests) are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased and accessed.
Physical Products Exceptions
For physical books and printed materials, returns are only accepted in the extremely rare case of receiving a severely damaged or completely wrong product. The following conditions strictly apply:
- You must provide unboxing video evidence clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the defect.
- The shipping cost to return the parcel to our facility location will be completely borne by the customer.
- Upon receiving the returned parcel, our quality assurance team will conduct a Special Check to verify the defect.
- If the defect is verified during the special check, the refund will be initiated and processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the shipment.
